internal movi login problem with starter pack

Hi all!

I am trying out to configure the VCS Starter Pack Express Version:          X7.0.1

I've followed the Cisco_VCS_Expressway_Starter_Pack_Deployment_Guide_X5-1 guide.

All of the steps are done. All necessary DNS configurations are done as well.

Cluster name: vcss.example.com

SIP domain name: example.com

Local host name: vcs

Domain: example.com

3 users are created.

Movi settings:

username: test

password: test123

SIP domain: example.com

Movi says:

Wrong username, domain and/or password. Check spelling and Caps Lock.

But those are right! I have chacked them many times.

Logs are in attachment.

Hi Rashmi,

did you make sure to create local database user credentials for user test, and have you configured your Default Zone to 'Check credentials'?

Have you created the 'example.com' SIP domain on the VCS?

Hi Andreas,

Already created users in local database

created example.com sip domain on vcs

when i configured default zone to  check credentials ,its not showing any result of login

only showing regsitering at ip address of vcs starter pack

regards

Rashmi

Rashmi,

if the Movi client is displaying 'Registering at x.x.x.x' that indicates that provisioning is working. If the Movi client fails to register, you might want to check that the Movi client can reach the Expressway on TCP ports 5060 and 5061.

If you aren't able to resolve the problem otherwise, I recommend that you open a case with TAC for further troubleshooting, since this will require taking some logs from the Expressway and Movi client.

Best regards

Andreas
