Hello, this weekend our IPCC sever switched over to daylight savings (a week early)I had to switch from Pacific Time(US & Canada)Tijuana time zone to (GMT-07:00)Arzona time zone (this setting in on all of our servers), I made the change clicked apply/ok and then rebooted the server, now this was on Sunday morning, Monday morining came around and we had calls reported that all of our scripts are an hour behind, so I re-booted the server one more time to make sure the time change took, this did not help, I thought the scripts got their time from the server? I also tried changing the military time on some of the application scripts but this did not help. We are running "Cisco Application Administation 3.1(3)", so if anyone could help I will be glade to hear from you, Thanks.

Hi Mel,
There are patches needed for IPCC to make them DST ready, as shown in this doc;
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_field_notice09186a008081055e.shtml
For the interim if I were you I would make a copy of the Scripts and change the Time of Day references in these new copies. Change in the new copy for this week and then change back after 3:00AM next Sunday and you should be good to go.
Hope this helps!

Specifically the OS SR update and the SUN JAVA version download and update as detailed in the document
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/custcosw/ps1846/products_field_notice09186a008081055e.shtml
I applied the OS SR and the Java update to 4 different call centers and it fixed them all
Hope this helps
