Is it possible to use one of the 3 mic ports as an audio line in using the Room Kit Plus?

On the SX80 I can change the input from mic to line. The Room kit plus does not have this option. Is it possible to add an audio line in from for instance a laptop or audio mixer or will it bring damage to the mic. port?

I was thinking about a Sennheiser KA600i microphone cable to connect to anything I want using the XLR connector.

Sure, all you need is a line level to mic level adapter. See here on Amazon, plenty of options:

All that does is attenuate the signal by 50dB.  If you can do that from whatever you are using to generate the signal in the first place then that would save having to purchase additional hardware.
