ISDN gateway design : how to limit the client use ISDN service

Dear all,

There is a ISDN gateway installed in client's network, however, we would like to limit ISDN usage on endpoint.

Here is example,

All endpoints and movi clients are registered to VCS. All users can make ISDN VC call by adding the ISDN prefix.

However, we would like to limit ISDN service based on user level. ( ie, only the manager grading can be use the ISDN service)

Hi Ben,

If the managers numbers are in specific pattern, we can register them to a different subzone in VCS based on subzone membership rules. Register ISDN link also to a different subzone based on its prefix. Then create a link between only those 2 subzones.

You could also create a Call Policy that only allows calls from certain source alias.
