I have an H323 gateway with 2 PRIs in it. Every three or four days, I cant make outgoing calls from one of the PRIs. Rebooting the router fixes the problem. I have a 3845 with NM-HD-2VE with VWIC-1MFT-T1. I have replaced the VWICs and the NM-HD-2VE. When I do the isdn q931 debug, I get the error about resources unavailable. Rebooting the router fixes the issue. My initial though was that it has something to do with DSPs going bad so I went ahead and replaced the VWIC and the NM-HD-2VE. The calls should be using the DSPs on the NM and not the onboard DSPs, I do have a PVDM2-64 in the router. My next attempt is to remove the NM and just have the VWICs installed in the HWIC slots that use the onboard DSPs.
However, please take a look at the debug below and let me know if someone has seen this or has any suggestions.
Thanks

Hi,
Do you have the correct amount of channels configured on your PRIs. e.g. if you have 20 channels configured on the router and you only have 10 channels on your service, you will get this type of issue.

There are two PRIs and both are configured for timeslots 1-24. They are full PRIs and I have access to 23 B Channels on both. Besides, reloading the router allows the call to route via the channel it wasnt going through before.

Again: you are responding to an 8 years old thread. People has since then moved on.
You will need to post a new thread in "ip telephony" with a complete description of the call flow.
