issue in webex ova deployment

Hello friends

I am new in WebEx, I want to install WebEx version 4.0.1 in Vcenter 7 via .ova file. I get an error in extracting .ova file.

Service unavailable ....

The size of .ova file is 18Gb.

Any suggestion?

What is it specifically that you are trying to install in vCenter? Webex is a whole platform of things, so you'd need to be a little more specific than just "I want to install WebEx version 4.0.1 in Vcenter 7 via .ova file". Btw it's been a few years ago since Cisco stopped writing Webex with a capital E.

I assume you're referring to the old Cisco Webex Meetings Server product.  Looking at the Deployment Guides, it's not supported on anything greater than VMware 6.7.

Also note that the product reaches its End of Support date on 31 July 2023, so only has about 9 months of useful life before you need to replace it.
