Issue with Video Integration for MS Teams

We have implemented CVI for MS Teams. We have noticed a very strange problem recently when join a MS Teams meeting from a Cisco WebEx Room (in this case, it is a WebEx codec pro). The issue occurs randomly. When it occurs, we see "MM" as a participant on the screens in the WebEx room but nobody has a initial as "mm" in the meeting. And, under Participants in Teams, we don't see "MM" either. It is only seen on the screens in the WebEx room (not sure why the Cisco codec displays MM as a participant but in fact nobody has that initial in the meeting). The participant "MM" only shows up for a short time period and then disappear. 

I wonder if anyone here has experienced a similar issue before? Thanks!

Not really related to your question as such, but Webex has not been spelled with a capital E for many years.

Not sure why sometimes we see "MM" displaying on the screen in the webex room during a call between MS Teams and Cisco WebEx room video endpoint (CVI for MS Teams). Not sure if this is an issue on the Microsoft side or Cisco side.  We don't see "MM" listed under Participants in MS Teams when this is occurring but the people in our boardroom ( Cisco webex room) is seeing "MM" on the screen (this means that the Cisco codec pro is displaying "MM" as a participant). We are concerned with this unknown user "MM" in the meeting.
