Hi All,
We are facing an issue with our IX 5000.
From today morning we are getting "lost connection" error in touch control.
We have tried replacing LAN cable and tried on different ports as well. But the issue didn't fix.
Can anyone please suggest any solutions.

Is the navigator trying to connect over the LAN, or is it directly cabled to the IX? If it's connected to the LAN, perhaps there is a network issue preventing the Touch from talking to the IX.
Have you tried factory resetting the Touch?
