Dear all,
Our server crashed due to power outage . I reinstalled some of the servers in dell server.I have uccx 11.6,cucm 12.0 and jabber guest 11.1.2
I set up cti route point on uccx which are registered to cucm.I set up call link to 7000(cti route point)in the jabber guest
Each time i call the url link,i will get this error:"sip error 503,service is unavailable ". If i dial the no 7000 from an ip phone,it will go through.I set up another url link to another directory in the cucm that is cisco jabber.if i call the url link to this directory ,the call will go through
The problem now is that i cant call th ctii route point 7000 from jabber guest. This was working before the server crashed and the cucm version was 11.5
What could be the issue? Is there something i forgot to enable?
