Jabber License (movi)

When someone purchase a VCSC and or VCSE, do you automatically get a number (10) Jabber License? If yes, how do you get the license or key? I have both pieces of hardware and was told that I should have gotten 10 license by default, but I am not sure.

I suggest that you move this question to the TelePresence space and put "Jabber Video (Movi)" into the subject. There are two separate clients and the majority of people on this space aren't talking about the VCS-only client.

Hi Ravi,

When you purchase VCSc and VCSe , then you get no Jabber licenses.

You only get Jabber licenses with VCS Starter Pack only  and there are only 5-10 jabber licenses only. ( Please check the number once again).

For getting more Jabber licenses , you need to procure TMS along with Jabber licenses at extra cost.
