Dear All,
This is Takeshi.Nakajima.
I have a problem about Jabber tablet.
Jabber tablet can not receive contents from MCU.
[Steps to Reproduce]
1:I connected Jabber tablet and C20 to MCU4520.
It can show the camera image and hear the voice.
2:Send the presentation from C20.
3:Check the presentation in Jabber tablet,
but it can not appear in it.
[Version Information]
Jabber tablet:1.0
MCU4520:4.3(2.32)
VCS control:X7.0.2
TMS:13.2.1
[Configuration information]
MCU4520
Encryption:Disable
Display content in normal video channel:Enable
Please lets me know an idea how to resolve this problem.
Thanks and best regards,
Takeshi Nakajima

You could check the following on your MCU:
Settings > Content > Display content in normal video channel > Enabled
The iPad isn't capable of recieving content in a serperate channel, so the MCU must send it over a regular video channel.

UPDATE: Sorry, I just noticed you already had that option enabled.

Hi Takeshi - Under the same settings Patrick has indicated here, is content enabled or H239 enabled? If H239 enabled, this will disable BFCP, and it wont advertise it. Can you verify?
If enabled, then verify with a screen capture on the conference page the C-series sending content to the Jabber Ipad client, and lets see whats going on there? The screen capture or even the event log may give you a warning as to why it can't send it to the Ipad. This would be helpful.
Also, just to verify, there is no CUCM here or anything correct? Ipad is registered to VCS?
Thanks.
