Joining zoom meeting with cisco video conference room kit

when I tried to Join a zoom meeting with the cisco video conference room kit the host refused and I got the below error

(the host of this meeting does not have a CRC license).

my question, is there any solution from Cisco side?

No, there is not solution on Cisco side, since the error is not on the Cisco side, it's on the Zoom side.

As your stated error mentioned, the host (which is obviously a Zoom host) has no proper license. Therefore, the error is not fixable on Cisco side.

Someone needs a CRC license for the endpoint to join; that’s a Zoom requirement as others have stated. If you, as a participant, have a paid Zoom account with a CRC license, you can use that for meetings where the host doesn’t have one.
