Hi,
I have an issue with my LCD 110q pro-55. It switched off after a black out. I was able to switch on the next morning however, the power led stays on red, when it supposed to turn green when the digital signage player is connected.
I've tried Swapping cables (Power cables, HDMI cables, also switching between power points) however, nothing works.
Any help would be appreciated,

Is this a Cisco product?

I Googled the name and it is a Cisco product. However it’s been EOL about 11 years ago according to this post found on the community. https://community.cisco.com/t5/telepresence-and-video-infrastructure/lcd-110q-pro-55/td-p/2099060
Have you tried connecting the digital signage player to another screen to see if that’s operating as it should?

@Roger Kallberg The Digital Signage Player works fine on other screens, except the Cisco lcd 110q pro 55.
It shows signs of power however, the Screen Does not display anything.
Is there a manual for this product? I tried finding one online, but I couldn't.
