Macbook Pro Resolution Issue with Crestron DM Switched and Cisco SX80

Can anybody let me know how to use Cisco SX80 and touch 10 communication with Crestron 3 series control processor. I am already done with cisco in room control preparing the required GUI and loading it in Touch Panel, is there any further programming required in Cisco.

This appears to be the same general discussion that you have posed here: https://community.cisco.com/t5/telepresence-and-video/touch-10-communication-with-crestron/m-p/3785296 just with a different title... 

Perhaps consider removing one of the duplicate posts and asking your question with a little more detail on what your issue is (ie, are you having an issue with the macbook, or are you having an issue getting the crestron to talk to the SX80 and the interface you built?)
