Macbook USB-C compatibility with endpoints

Hey all,

Not sure if this is in the right section, but I would like to discussion compatibility with Macbooks with USB-C and the Cisco conferencing endpoints.

The problem I'm having is that the HDMI input to the Cisco monitors is not working or faulty with my Macbook device. I believe this is related to using a USB-C adapter to HDMI. The two issues I have is either the monitor will flicker on/off constantly or the monitor will not detect any signal from the Macbook.

Happy to go into more details if this isn't clear. Also please let me know if there's already a thread discussing this problem.

Not really sure what you mean by Cisco screens, so it is hard to provide any input to this; however, if by any chance you are referring to DX devices (like the 80), and your Mac computer is a Apple MacBook (Retina, 12-inch, Early 2015) then you may be hitting https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvb86122/?reffering_site=dumpcr

If this is not the case, can you share more details about the Cisco  Screen like specific model, software version, etc.
