MCU 4515 running version 4.4(3.67) After a soft reboot the system cannot connect to endpoints or receive calls. Any ideas? have tried several reboots, cold reboot, waiting 12+ hours and no change. Ip address below hidden.

I would open a TAC case. I would think this means there is a hardware problem with the DSPs.

MCU software version 4.4(3.67) is a very old software release (February 2014).
Try upgrading to the newest software release for the MCU which is 4.5(1.89). If that fails to resolve the issue, then it is likely that there is a problem with the old hardware and you may need to get a RMA via the TAC.

Unfortunately our support contract expired, and the 4500 series is now out of support as of yesterday. Does Cisco typically make firmware upgrades available after the product reaches end of support?

See if you can access this:
https://software.cisco.com/download/home/283645305/type/280886992/release/4.5%25281.89%2529
You might be able to download it still.
In hindsight, you should have opened the ticket immediately, while the contract was still in force. I would still try if I were you; there may be a grace period.
