For some reason, your endpoint(s) are not negotiating a content channel and defaulting to sharing the main video channel.
What is your content mode setting in your conference settings or the default content mode in your conference template?

Noticing from your screen shot, the call is SIP. From the 5300 Admin Guide:
Note that the transmission of SIP content using BFCP is not supported on encrypted calls in
any content modes. To allow content to be transmitted over SIP calls in a separate channel
from main video, disable encryption on the MCU or on the target endpoint.

To add a little bit more information to Joe's comment, BFCP is supported with encrypted calls if you're running MCU software 4.5(1.45) or later, refer to the MCU Release Notes 4.5(1.45) for more information.
From the attached image, the call appears to not be using encryption, or else it would display in the status column. However, if you are running anything before the version noted above and you're making encrypted SIP calls, you should upgrade your MCU software.

Content is being sent in the main video channel, this could be simply because the endpoint doesn't support content in a separate video channel or the MCU and conference is configured incorrect.
Can you tell us or provide a screenshot from the following on the MCU:
Also, what are the endpoints being used?

The content settings on your MCU appears okay.
Because you mention CUCM, did you enable "Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP" on the SIP security profile you're using for the MCU?

Hello Patrick,
We have to make this changes "Allow Presentation Sharing using BFCP" in CUCM Sip Profile & MCU SIP Trunk Both .
Now Issue has been resoleved.

Hello,
I encountered this problem before on our MCU when using SIP calls.
You need to disable the call encryption on the endpoint. When set to "Best Effort" or "On", issue persist. Disable it and try to test.

Hi,
No license needed. It just a tweaking of configuration. How's your MCU configuration under SIP settings, what is the SIP transport? Did you try to TCP?
