MCU Autoattendant restriction

Hi All,

Does anyone has already try to create several autoattendant and put restriction for avoid move from one to another even if you use ID of the auto-attendant.

One of my customer has two autoattendants and I would like avoid from one access to the  other. I know that you can direclty from GUI create link or not between autoattendant but even if you don't have this link you can access if you put the numeric ID.

I've tried on the VCS to make CPL for avoid call between auto-attendant but it doesn't work because the MCU doesn't ask the GK when you use numeric ID.

HI Abdelkader - Good morning.  Unfortunately, there is no way to restrict this at this present time.  One way you can work around this is to pin protect each Auto Attendant Menu and give the PIN to those people who have access to that particular Auto Attendant.  If they try and move to the other Auto Attendant, it will ask for PIN, and they won't be able to access it.
