I cant find mse 8710 release 3 on software download page.

is it moved to any page or removed?

I've had a look and I can't see version 3.x, or the new version 4.0(1.57) there - only the two year old version 2.2...

Maybe they're having an issue - I suggest you contact the TAC if you need the software urgently.

I could also picture that its removed due to the openssl heartblead bug.

My recommendation would also be to contact Cisco TAC

It was removed just after the TPS servers were verified being affected by the openssl heartbleed bug.  I got a notification saying they were "obsolete".  They did the same thing with the Supervisor MSE 8050 software too.  Not sure what other software they might have removed due to the bug.
