Hello Guys,
We have Quad Camera and PTZ4K connected to Coded EQ. I want to enable Multi camera director. However, I am not able to select Multi Camera Director Mode on Cisco Touch Panle.
Device is registered to MTR.
Attaching video and document which i was referring.
Can someone guide me whats wrong here.

If I'm reading this correctly, the Cross-view support with MTR is only supported with 4KPTZ cameras. Adding the Quad makes it RoomOS Only I believe. This is from Page 4 of this doc: https://www.cisco.com/c/dam/en/us/td/docs/telepresence/endpoint/camera/cross-view_guidelines.pdf

Hi aniket,
Cross-View is enabled using the Multi-Director Camera mode configuration option that you can access on the Room Control Navigator (in MTR mode too).. and this is available under Device Settings --> Camera -->... you should see "Meeting Zones" and "Multi-Camera Director" ... it works with the Primary Camera as the Quad Cam, and the cameras on the side being PTZ4K cameras.
Do you not see the "Multi-Camera Director" option at all under device settings? or are you able to configure it but it's not working as it should?... what RoomOS code is the codec running?

11.14 is really old and I think there was a bug with it - upgrade to the current stable on 11.22 and test again. Before you upgrade, are you able to see 2 x PTZ Cameras and 1 x Quad Cam when you access "Camera" on the Nav?
Also, si the device reg. to Control Hub..?

Hi,
I have only One Quad Caamera and one PTZ4K Camera for Extended Speaker View.
"Also, the device has to be registered to Control Hub for MCD to work", is this must ? in my case device is registered on MTR.

So the build you have is a build that was most likely downloaded from CCO, see snippet below.
Cross-View was launched with 11.14.2.3 but this is a cloud build. Cross-View for on-premises releases will need a later release than the one you have.RoomOS and M-TAC releases are in the format - 11.xx.1.xx
The device you have can either register to the Cisco Device Management Portal called "Control Hub" which is accessible on admin.webex.com or to the Teams Admin Centre Portal which is accessible on "https://admin.teams.microsoft.com/" and Intune, if you are using M-TAC/Intune to register the device - I would upgrade the device to a later version and it should work.
Engage TAC and they will get you the right version to upgrade to - don't use the software download from CCO for MCD.

@aniket-raut - if you have the device with you and can factory reset it - I can provide a 16 digit code to register it to control hub so it upgrades automatically and then once it's upgraded you can factory reset again and register to M-TAC only and you should be good. Let me know.

@aain I must appreciate your support. Unfortunately Board Room is occupied today and we can't do anything today. I will surely check this tomorrow.
