Is it supported to bring a CTS1300 into a multisite call? I am able to bring it in successfully but it downspeeds the call to 576p which doesnt work well with the CTS. Any suggestions?
Can you further elaborate on your issue? Are you bringing the CTS 1300 into a multipoint call hosted on a CTMS or TPS? If so, what other endpoints are in the call? What video quality is the CTS 1300 set to 1080P Best? What is the video quality set on the other endpoints involved in the call?
