Hello all,
A customer encounters some camera issue with MX200 G2. Camera doesn't place in default position, can't stabilize correctly, and moves continuously .
Some reset position of camera and reset factory don't solve that.
I found no document which explain a replacement of camera.
A replacement of camera is possible with MX700/MX800, but is it possible with MX200/MX300?

According to the "Spare parts and cables" guides, this isn't something that is readily available. Your best bet would be to log an RMA through the TAC and they will organise a replacement unit to be sent.

Hi Wayne,
That's what I thought too. So I check endpoint state, and if necessary I'll do a RMA to Cisco to change all the endpoint.
