We have Cisco MX300, can we use it as webex endpoint using Flex license?

The MX300 G2 is supported to register to the webex services.

The device must run software version CE8.3.4 or later.

To piggy back off Mike's answer - if you don't know whether yours is G1 or G2 it's easy to tell - the G1 has a black bezel and the Touch panel is 8" and also black. The MX300 G2 is white and has a 10" white touch panel.
