MX800 No audio on HDMI output 2

Hi

I have a simple problem which isn't making much sense, we need to take a video and audio output from an MX800 so that we can record a conference and this is providing to be a more difficult task than expected.

The firmware is TC7.3.4 and we are finding that no matter what we do we are unable to get audio out of HDMI 2 which according to the manual should be supported, we can get audio out of HDMI 1.

The config appears to be correct

*c xConfiguration Audio Output HDMI 2 Level: 0
*c xConfiguration Audio Output HDMI 2 Mode: On

I understand that one of the audio DSP's or maybe multiple will be used for the inbuilt audio on the system, but as the manual states only 1 is used to the other should be available.

Should we expect audio on the HDMI output 2?

Hi Folks,

We have Deployed around 50 MX 700/800 dual screen device's  isrunning on CE8.3.1 and CE 8.2.2 firmware. while someone from Farend side share the content/audio play from farend locally/Near end audio is coming/hearing from only 3 Left side speaker Few of device's audio is coming from both side  left and right 3 No speaker. Connectivity is same for all the speaker's. We have compare both working and non-working system and replicate same setting. but maximum MX 700/800  audio not working speaker left side speaker. Please Check if any settings need to be done or we need to be enable audio out for HDMI 2 2nd display. We are missing anything. Please suggest your feedback is really appericated !
