Hello everyone ,
In cucm 12.0 we not able to ping www.cisco.com and tools.cisco.com to register smart license in cisco software portal.
but 80 port not connecting to cisco site and some site 443 port connected cisco site
we facing communication timeout error in CUCM GUI
