Dear Sir,
In router one port is connected to outside,2nd is connected to inside & 3 port is connected to our video conference device .VC device is 1:1 natted with our public ip .But when anyone dialing to our vc public ip ,one way connection is happening.Remote side can able to see our video & audio also but i can not
any suggestion for this configuration

Sounds like the audio/video ports are being blocked or not being NAT'ed properly. Do you have the capability of doing a packet capture to show whether the traffic is coming in from the outside?

If you do a search in these forums for SX20 Standalone you will find some good posts about how to set up an endpoint in this way, and the ports required to be opened on any firewall between your device and the internet.
One good example is this thread: sx20-standalone
Note: Your question would be better placed in the TelePresence section of the forums where these devices are more actively discussed than in the Video Over IP section you've posted in - I'd suggest, if the above hasn't answered your query, that you move your discussion over there (you can do this by editing your original post and changing the category at the bottom).
