Hi Team,
I am experiencing call disconnection on our TP IX 5000 device and in logs we see that it's due to packet loss.
Also the temperature on the TP raises to 75 and set a warning sometimes during call. after the call temperature will comeback to 74 that is normal.
My question is does the temperature affects on packet loss ?
can we do any troubleshooting or fix to over come this temperature raising and packet loss.
