polycom 9000 and cisco cucm

I have a customer with several polycom 9000 endpoints.

CUCM is on 8.6.2.

I want the endpoints to have multipoint video conferencing internally, no outbound dialing, and no scheduling.

Do I need a gtk in this sceranio, I don't believe I do but every architecture I have dealt with has one and I don't have experience with the polycom 9000. What is the cleanest way to do this ad-hoc? Dial-peers on the gateway locally or h.323 on cucm?

First question is do the Polycom HDX9000's have the multipoint license key so that their internal MCU is active?

CUCM will not know about the bridging ccapability of the Polycom units. They should be registered as SIP endpoints and then you should be able to have the units call other video or IP phones on Call Manager.
Better would be to have a VCS in the mix to have the Polycom units register to that and have a SIP trunk between CUCM and the VCS.
