Polycom VSX 5000 and VCS-C 8.X interoperability

Wanted understand on below points:

1. Can we register polycom VSX 5000 on VCS Control C?  

2. Is there any incompaitibility observed so far?

3. Is there any document for Polycom endpoints and VCS-C comapaitibility.

I don't know about Polycom VSX 5000 specifically, but there have been some people that have tried with Polycom VSX 7000.  You can see some of their discussions and issues here in the forums, search for "Polycom VSX".
