PrecisionHD USB camera

Our PrecisionHD USB camera controls in Skype are locked.  We did not find control software to manage focus, pan, zoom and others features for this camera.  Can someone help us in locating the corresponding software for this camera?

I believe it is for MS Windows  OS only and the version is from 2012.

It's auto focus and there is no PTZ - it's a webcam. I know there have been web cameras that supposedly do this, but they really don't, they just take a portion of the image it sees and blows it up, but when you do that you are losing lines of resolution so it is poor quality (and no longer HD). This camera does not offer that functionality for that reason.

PTZ is not supported for Precision USB Camera.

You can control the focus/brightness/white balance if your camera is running CC1.1 as per link:

Honestly, these webcams are of poor software support and poor quality, and are pretty worthless. At my workplace, we throw away tons of these due to all the problems. The software doesn't even support Windows 10, Cisco abandons their own hardware. What does that tell you?
