Problems With Cisco Meeting Server

Good morning, I am Working in a solution of Cisco Meeting Server. I am trying to configure the XMPP server but I have the following problems

acano> xmpp
Enabled : true
Clustered : false
Domain : ******.com
Listening interfaces : a
Key file : xmpp.key
Certificate file : xmpp.crt
Max sessions per user : unlimited
STATUS : XMPP server starting up

acano> xmpp callbridge add cms
Waiting for XMPP configuration daemon to connect

the server Xmpp always Said " XMPP server starting up" and I cannot add the callbridge.

Restart the Core server, if that doesn't resolve the issue, reset the XMPP server and reconfigure.
