QoS incorrect marking from TX9000 Please help

Hi Guys,

We are currently trying to mark packets with AF41 but it seems like the TX is not marking the packets correct any help will be much apprectiated

We can see your traffic from IP 10.24.2.9 is coming in with incorrect markings, there is 80 CS4 and 00 BE instead of 88 AF41.

Hi Pietro,

The TX9000 (and all CTS Codecs) will use the DSCP value configured on the Call Manager for TelePresence calls, and the default value for this is CS4. You can check this value on the codec by logging onto the GUI of the codec and clicking the "Telephony Settings" link on the left hand side.

If you need to change this setting you can do so by logging onto the CUCM GUI and navigating to System > Service Paramaters > Server: Select a server, Service: Cisco CallManager > DSCP For TelePresence Calls.

You will need to apply config or reboot the TX9000 for the changes to take affect.
