Question about "Bit Rate Limit" in TMS Conf Control Center

We are running TMS 13.2.2 and generally all is well.

In the Conf Control Center (CCC) when the Statistics for a participant are shown, there is a field there that indicates "Bit Rate Limit Reason" and it shows good stuff like:  Not Limited, Quality, Viewed Size, etc, however at times it shows "Aggregate Bandwidth"

What do they mean by Aggregate BW?

We are running the conference on a 8510 Blade on a MSE8000 chassis, Software on the 8510 is 4.4 and in nHD mode

It does not seem to reduce the resolution of the connection (typically 640x360) since we dial at 384K and happens on larger calls (10+ participants)

Is this indicating the Aggragate BW limit of the port in nHD mode or the blade?

I searched the online help and the TMS admin docs and did not find anything on this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Hi Steven.  The API returns this when called in participant.diagnostics.  Field which returns this:

videoTxSelectedBitRate

The aggregate is shown when someone may be sending content in a conference.

When sharing content, the bit is reduced from the endpoint cause he is sharing content during this meeting.  This is from what I can see based on this quick test.  Hope this helps.
