Question on the Background for an EX90

I see where we can upload a custom .png file for the background on the EX90.

Is there a way that this could actually be some kind of Flash or Video?

Customer is going to have the EX90 in a Guest entrance and the receptionist will call the EX90 when they hear comeone come in.  They are wondering if instead of just a static image, it could be some kind of information display as well?

Second, I did not check this but what will be displayed on the EX90 if the farend, also an EX90, put them on hold?  Can this be a separate image and who will send this?

Hi,

Flash or video is not supported for the background.

if the Ex90 is put on hold, there should be a prompt message across the Ex90 screen that says the call has been placed on hold.

For the flash or video, maybe you can try connecting a player to the HDMI 1 input of the EX90.
