How do you calculate the re-certification fees on a Cisco telepresence system if you want to register it for a new 12 months?

You could contact your Cisco Account Manager and they can tell you the list price of the SmartNET support, and give you an idea of the percentage discount you might get.  The best way is to simply contact your Cisco Partner that your purchase from and work up a quote so you can get an exact amount of the cost.
