Recover cdr files in CUCM

Hello friends,

I have a CUCM in a branch office and the billing server in HQ and communicate via FTP, but this connection is down for more than 15 days.....can I retrieve/recover the information of that 15 days.

I assume that your CDR / CMR Files Preservation Duration (Days) is set to 15 days or less, if so the files have been deleted and cannot be recovered unless you have a backup.  If your preservation duration is greater than 15 days if you restore the FTP connection the files will still transfer.
