Hi,
i`m trying to register a jabber video client to VCS and/or TMS but its not working. Every time i got
"Wrong username, domain, and/or password." Check spelling and Caps lock.
Don`t know why. What steps do i have to do to register a client with username and password? VCSc and VCSe are configured for access from inside and VCSe from outside.
Is there a guide for Jabber Video clients?
Best regards
Jason

What you can do is to implement in your jabber template sip username and password too. Than create on local database this credential username and password. This is nice feature too

This will very depend on customer security policy.
If customer has password expiration policy and have large organization, manually managing password (and refresh password periodically) is not ideal deployment.
To reduce user account management, VCS to challenge between AD (if account import to TMS) which provide single login capability as well (same ID for network login and Jabber Video login).
