Solved: Replacement part number for CTS-5K-DISP42

Client needs a replacement for CTS-5K-DISP42 for the IX5000/IX5200. CCW-R does not allow this as a standalone part. I'm not finding a replacement part number anywhere.

Its likely that you cant find the parts on CCW as the IX5000 (and its parts) went end of sale on October 25, 2019.

If you have a service contract on it (or take out a new one, as you can still get these until October 24, 2020), then you should be able to get it fixed/replaced through the TAC.
