Does Room Kit EQ or Pro support dual camera with two PTZ 4K, If yes, Is an external switch required

Yes. In the EQ a Quad Cam and two PTZ4Ks will consume all HDMI inputs, so you’ll have to use the USB-C input if you want a wired content input. An external Ethernet switch is only required if you run out of link local ports on the codec.
