Hi, I am literally stuck.
I have configured the SIP details and in the Home page, it shows the following SIP status
IP Proxy 1
- Status
- Registered
- Proxy
- 172.31.2.52
- URI
- 8077@172.31.2.52
From CUCM, it also show this device is registered.
I can dial in using a Cisco IP Phone.
But I cannot dial out. No matter internal lines, public numbers, not even another Room Kit's SIP number next room.
I have actually found out why but I don't know how to solve it. When I go into Call Control > Recents, the dial in number is actually "8075", but when I dial out using the touch panel the number is actually "8075@172.31.2.52". Even if I dial back using the record from recents, which is "8075", the Room kit still changes the dial string to "8075@172.31.2.52".
