Being an ONVIF camera, you may be able to find out the RTSP stream URL by using ONVIF Device Manager. I've used this a couple of times for other Manufacturer's cameras, but haven't specifically tried it on the Cisco 6400.

I use the software "Onvif Device Test Tool", but when i test the camera the response is " Sender not authorized". The user and password is correct. " <SOAP-ENV:Body>
<SOAP-ENV:Fault>
<SOAP-ENV:Code>
<SOAP-ENV:Value>env:Sender</SOAP-ENV:Value>
<SOAP-ENV:Subcode>
<SOAP-ENV:Value>ter:NotAuthorized</SOAP-ENV:Value>
</SOAP-ENV:Subcode>
</SOAP-ENV:Code>
<SOAP-ENV:Reason>
<SOAP-ENV:Text xml:lang="en">Sender not authorized</SOAP-ENV:Text>
</SOAP-ENV:Reason>
</SOAP-ENV:Fault>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>"
I enabled "Onvif" and "disable session id"

Did you enter the right username and password in to the tool?
