OK
*r PhonebookContactMethodAddResult (status=Error):
Description: Nonexisting PhoneBookEntry

Hi gavin !
You use the API commands for the C Series.
I do not know whether to apply this API command to EX90.
First you must create a folder to add this folder to the local phoneboock. (its aplicable for C40-60-C90)
Then create name for this folder and add user...
Many useful things and documentation you can be found at http://developer.tandberg.com
Now I do not have EX90 for test your question.

you dont say how many endpoints you have, but if you have 3 or less TMS is free for 3 systems with the trial key.
If you have more than 3 and you have lots of contacts to add then TMS is a must.
I have tried this on an E20 but not on the EX sereis where i created 1 local entry on an E20 then using SCP found the phonebook file, took an offline copy and created all the contacts i required and then copied it back to the E20.
