If you go to support and search 7970 in downloads, you should be able to find it there.

Here is the tree it is located in.

Pretty old thread here, but looking for the SCCP firmware for a 7970G.  7970G is not listed under Downloads Home / Collaboration Endpoints / IP Phones / Unified IP Phone 7900 Series.  Any idea if it's still available somewhere?  Thanks.
