Sending Caller ID to CUCM

Dear All;

I have H323 Voice Gateway with a number of FXO ports, this gateway is defined in CUCM 8.5,

every thing is working fine, I can use the fxo port to send offline calls and recieve incomming call on fxo port, but when i recieve the call on the IP phone it does not displayed the Caller ID, instead of that it displaed "..Unknown Number",

My question is : How to display the caller ID for the calls comming on the FXO port, and that calls are forwarded to cucm.

Check if it's enabled under FXO voice port

caller-id enable

Make sure that your Telco have it enabled on their end.

it is enabled but still not work, and i test the pstn line, i can recieve the caller id by using normal analog phone.

please advise if there any configuration needed

Configure caller-id enable under voice-port.

Then if still trouble search forum for common issues and workarounds.
