Hi All,
I have a codec CTS-SX10NCODEC= which is a spare. Now the ethernet ports have gone faulty and the device is out of warranty. Can I purchase support on this device and get it replaced?

Last date to attach contract was on January 27, 2021.
You cannot renew the Smartnet.

The SX10 is past its end of sale date, and, if you didn't have a contract on it, you cannot add a new one since 27 January 2021 - see EOL12999 - Ammended.
I'd suggest you consider replacing it with a Webex Room Kit Mini as that is the current model similar device.
