We have a hybrid setup and I have added WebEx board into Control Hub. But for some reason the device is not getting the Call service activated. I am getting the below error
No Directory Number exists in Cisco Unified CM with this directory URI. In Cisco Unified CM Administration, configure a directory number with this directory URI.
But the DN is added in CUCM and the end user is configured with directory uri
I believe we just need to add only the DN in CUCM. The directory uri Partition is auto configured I assume
please advise
