Speakertrack 60 error message

Hi all,

we are having issues with our Speakertrack 60 camera as the left one brings up an error message instead of videopicture:

Warning: Camera problem - video is stopped
timestamp: 04Z: Camera Malfunc_ Autoexposure
timestamp: 04Z: Camera Malfunc_ Motor
timestamp: 04Z: Camera Malfunc_ Motor Iris
timestamp: 04Z: Camera Malfunc_ System critical

Camera SW version: HC7.3.3.c84180a, 2015-06-12

What we did already to solve the problem and as posting here the issue, nothing at all helped:

- power cycle camera and speakertrack unit
- camera factory reset
- speakertrack unit factory reset
- exchanged left with right camera, but problem and error warning keeps on left camera. so its obvious its not the camera itself. 
- software upgrade to TC7.3.4

the warning dissapear for a time being, but sure latest the next day appears again.

Sounds as if you might have a faulty SpeakerTrack base, since it's obviously not the camera since you swapped them and the issue didn't follow the camera.  Did you perform a software upgrade recently, or did this just start happening.  Suggest you contact TAC, they can help figure out if it's faulty or if there is a solution that doesn't require a replacement.

Michael,

Those error messages are almost always linked to hardware failures on the P60 cameras. Like Patrick mentioned, open a TAC case with a log bundle from the unit and we will get you sorted out.

Hi,
exchanged Speakertrack unit as well as camera. Now seems to work fine.

Sure we´ll keep an eye on it.

Speakertrack Base exchanged, approx 1 day working well
Camera exchanged, approx 1 day working well
now the same message appears for the second (original) camera....
