Dear all,
Recently, our client is using the PC docking as a HDMI input with the Tandberg Ex90, however, the faulty rate of Tandberg Ex90 with the docking is relatively high( around 15%). So we have discussed with the docking vendor, and they would like us to provide the standard certification of the HDMI of Ex90.
Does anyone knows the detail of the Standard certification of Tandberg ex90 device?
Best regards,
Ben

Hi,
can you provide a detail specs of the docking station used?
Do you mean after the docking station is connected, the HDMI 1 input becomes unusable?

Dear Teck Chye Tang,
Thank for your kindly support.
The detail docking station is
Targus docking (ACP70APZ)
http://www.targus.com/hk/product_details.asp?sku=ACP70APZ
After connected with above docking station, the Ex90 HDMI input become unusable, and RMA is required.( And the faulty rate around 15% within two months)
We are much appreciated for your kindly reply.
Best Regards,
Ben

Hi Tang,
The client can't provide the detail of SR at this moment, at the same time, we have received the confirmation of HDMI compliance test from the HDMI Licensing, LLC.
Referring to the datesheet of EX90(http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/ps7060/ps11303/ps11308/ps11327/data_sheet_c78-627494.html
),
Approvals and compliance
Directive 2006/95/EC (Low-Voltage Directive) - Standard EN 60950-1
• Directive 2004/108/EC (EMC Directive) - Standard EN 55022, Class A - Standard EN 55024 - Standard EN 61000-3-2/-3-3
• Approved according to UL 60950-1 and CSA 60950-1-07
• Complies with FCC15B Class A
May I know is it referring to the compliance test of the HDMI?
Many thanks,
Ben
