standby mode issue

Hi Team,

I m facing the issue My Sx20 System working fine but when system has gone standby mode than display is not coming after press key of remote but sometime is coming or sometime is not coming display of sx20. 

Please help me on this issue.

Hi Suhas,

What's kind of display are you using? (TV, projector) ?

What brand and model?

Did you try to use other HDMI cable?

Did you try connecting to the second HDMI output?

Check the system configuration under video settings of your SX20:

Under HDMI1:

CEC Mode: ON

What's the current firmware of your codec?

Maybe you are hitting known bug. It is recommended to have the latest firmware for your codec.

Check the standby settings on your display itself, it may have been set to power off after a certain time period.  Also make sure that the CEC capability on the display is turned on and is also configured on the SX20 so it can be issued the sleep and wake up commands (if it supports CEC).
