dear all
i have SX-20 and want to use it as a stand alone and want to know how the jabber client that is registered with my call manager will call it and how it will call my jabber client ? and there is no sip proxy if it will register sip and what is the configuration needed if i want to register it with H323 ?

You will have to register SX20 to CUCM for Jabber to be able to SX20. It will register as a SX20 (its a device type under Devices -> Phones) and once you give the SX20 a extension, Jabber will be able to call this extension.

SX 20 will not register to CUCM , it will work as a stand alone , i want to know if it can dial a jabber client and what is the configuration needed ?

Not going to happen, at least not with a significant and unnecessary middleman of Expressway. Jabber does not support direct IP dialing. Far easier to register the SX20 to CUCM as George suggested.
